It was delivered today July 21st but there was a mix up as far as delivery goes. I called LTD Commodities customer service and got through right away. The rep was very friendly and apologized numerous times for the inconvenience. He said I needed to call FedEx because the package was shown as "delivered. Not their fault I've read reviews saying that after placing an order that multiple people were signed up for the monthly perks subscription and I wanted to make sure that I wasn't "signed up.
He then told me to call them back if FedEx wasn't able to assist me and they would issue a replacement order. The package was wrapped well and all breakables were in bubble wrap and individuals boxes. Nothing was broken.
I'm a very satisfied customer and will definitely be ordering from them again! This company thrives on false advertising of there products and on top of that will charge your credit card more than the initial amount trying to get your issue resolved is also like pulling teeth all you will get is endless be put on hold and transferred to someone else who doesn't know the left from the right as well as multiple hang-ups I strongly urge you not to use this company for there products there are more competitive companies out there that can provide a better quality of products and professional customer service.
Did not notice charges until 3 had gone through. Sounds like fraud to me. Will never have anytime to do with them again. And will report them as well. Beware of this company. I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought 2 of your pretzel tubs the first tub itself was broken that the plastic tub and then 17 out of the 20 pretzels were also broken. The second tub was intact but had several broken pretzels in it. The Flavor is good but I'm glad I bought them for myself and not presents.
I would never give away broken pretzels. Just noticed the Didn't even know I was signed up for it. How sneaky of a company to do that. So the cheap 8 dollar Christmas tree I ordered in December added up to a lot more than I bargained for.
I was able to cancel my "membership". Lets see if they actually honor that. I despise this company. I stopped by their website and considered making a purchase. When I try to unsubscribe it takes me to a blank screen. I called to see if someone could remove me from the list and was given a different phone number to call.
I called and spoke to a person who said it would be taken care of. That never happened. Soooooo aggravating! Be careful of doing business with this company. They overcharge, don't take off promo codes or free shipping offers. It's very difficult to get through to customer service was for me , then you have to explain everything to them multiple times.
They have nice products but a company that scams customers is no company I want to deal with. When buying an item they never say the delivery time. Now after several days, they tell me that they will have it available in March. It appears that it has not been charged, but the charges for the other items to my credit card are different than the invoice. The bill is less than what they charged me. Tip for consumers: be sure of the period of time to delivery. It shows an item on stock, but must confirm calling or through the chat.
Not only did my bank account have my payment go through but they also took a second unauthorized payment for the same amount from my account. The billing department people are the worse uncaring people to talk to. One star because I have to. I bought a few things for their website and it said free shipping on their website like it does for so many companies. I will never purchase anything from them ever again.
Very bad business trying to fool your customers and exploit them for more money! Ordered from their catalog and received the items and looked nothing like what was pictured.
So called for a retire and took 3 weeks to get a label. Then I mailed it back with the label they sent to me and that has been 3 weeks sent out. Called and they said I needed the tracking number which I never got when I mailed it. They said no tracking number no refund. So now it's up to me to find a traction number so I can get a refund. Needless to say I have had no luck getting a tracking number for a package sent out 3 weeks ago.
Talked to a manager also and she was very rude and snotty. Never will order there again and will tell everyone I know now to. Tip for consumers: Do not purchase from them.
I would like to order from LTD Commodities, but shipping is too high. Would complete my order if I can get free shipping. I would think that a mail order catalog would include shipping in their prices.
Watch your credit card they sneak that Item much smaller than stated, want me to pay to return. After 17 phone call threatened BBB. The sent back response ok we will refund total amount attached I return label. No such attachment.
Avoid company at all costs. It's a scam. Your people will not give the customer a supervisor when they ask to talk to a supervisor.
I have called FTC and now you are about to lose a long time customer. They keep telling me that there is a day processing time to NY. I have never had this much trouble with you before. It does not take 8 days to process an order. I want that order by 2 days or it will be free and you will refund the total amount. If this issue is not taken care of right away. I placed an order on August 7th. I feel that if I have to wait much longer than I should get it for free. I feel that 6 days is way to much time. I feel that I should get it free oft charge. I have tried to place an order for 3 items in the ltdcommodies. Not the outrageous numbers which came printed through.
I do want to order 3 items for grandkids. I just got my credit card bill. We have never done business with LTD Commodities. I have ordered a dispute form from my credit union. Good luck everyone.
