How does raf leveling work

Questing from is pretty easy--however, there's a subset of BoAs for and I have some MoP zone previews from beta Surprised not to see mention of using pet battles as a sub base of exp while leveling. Makes levels a good deal easier, especially on PvP servers. Uhm, I might have missed it, but did you mention rares and addons to detect those?

A rare mob usually gives around ten times the kill xp than other mobs of his level. Does the recruitee need to purchase three months of game time or will a single two month card work for the recruiter to earn the full reward package?

Experience is increased on Call to Honor weekends. Which are no longer in the game Fun is really a very subjective thing. I had fun with my first two chars, but leveling all the rest until my tenth max level I have now I was fed up with questing and killing mobs, I leveled them through dungeons only. Besides, nobody forces you to use all the XP boost mentioned in this guide. You can still go the old way and level without heirlooms doing quests in the appropriate zone.

Rare mobs are now marked as a skull in the minimap. NPCscan is still very useful, but not essencial. Only rares on Pandaria are marked thusly, though. I was talking about rares in general. I needed tyvm! Or do they need a buy a 3-months sub for it? Comment by Ziboo After a few back and forths with Customer Service, I for one feel highly undervalued as someone with multiple accounts.

I already play on two accounts and was going to RAF a third, but after the chat, I'm not. I was told by CS to make a post on the forum and will, but posting here as WowHead is better ran than the forum, imho. Blizzard is willing to take our money for pre-orders and give us immediately something - a mount, pet, new outfit whatever, but the RAF program they basically are saying give us six months sub and we'll dole out your rewards like we are children? If we are paying upfront a sub for six months, we should get the rewards for that imho.

I was told by one CS that the RAF wasn't for referring our own accounts, as they want it for 'fresh' ones basically. So I guess our dirty multi-account money isn't as good? That's pretty much how I feel. All the games I play, I generally sub at six months to one year intervals and Blizzard is the only one that basically wants it all up front and will reward me monthly. That's really a bad business decision. Well money is what Blizzard understands, so voting with my wallet and NOT paying for that extra account, likely going to cancel the second one as well when the sub runs out - they don't want my money, might as well go spend it where I am treated like a valued customer.

There are plenty of pixelated things to buy, as well as games to try. Comment by Dermody Somehow I have royally screwed this up Comment by bladeofzen Can anyone please let me know if the Recruit-a-friend rewards only go to the recruiter? Or do both players Recruiter and Recruitee get the rewards? Comment by SpakyTwo The xp boost used to stack with heirloom gear.

Comment by dreike52 Confirmed that it still works in April I managed to do it with only 2 email addresses. I panicked with the last remaining 4 accounts on my second email address though since I didn't use the 'Recruitment' link before I added the monthly subscriptions. Even wrote a ticket in-game with Customer Support to try and plead with them to get it corrected.

Anyhow, I managed to by-pass that mistake by using the 'Recruitment' link and using it on the last remaining accounts even after I've added the monthly subs on my second email. To receive the all the rewards, you have to ensure that you have at least 3 'Recruitment' links. Also, remember to cancel your monthly subs immediately for the 11 accounts you won't be using. I've been playing WoW since WotLK and have gotten every recruit a friend reward from back then till the new system took over in BfA I would always just "recruit myself" by creating an extra account and recruiting it while throwing some money on it, and bingo-bango, new RaF mount instantly at time of purchase.

This new RaF system introduced in 8. It's important to note, the 2nd and 3rd accounts must be made on YOUR main account wow1, wow2, wow3 to bypass the 4 invites per month limitation. Question: "Can I just create a 2nd account, buy 12 months of game time two 6-month blocks of gametime from the Blizz store and get all 12 rewards instantly? Question: "I can't figure out the workaround, I don't want to make 12 different accounts, but I sure don't want to wait 12 months to get all my prizes, is there another option?

Let me be clear, the ONLY way to get all 12 prizes up front at once is to do the workaround and have 12 different accounts linked to your main account, buy one month each of game time each. With this method, you'll get four prizes instantly including a pet and mount as each recruit gives one prize per month you recruited four, you get four You don't have to do anything else after doing the initial setup, because you paid for four 3-month blocks of game time Is it worth it?

That's not for me to judge, the value of your own money is your call, not anyone else's. I hope this post clarifies any confusion over the overly-complicated new RaF system Help us improve. I have tried the suggested steps but they didn't work. I'm frustrated by Blizzard's process or policy. Thanks for your feedback! Share This Article. Click to watch this video in a web browser. English US.
