Read my mind 4. There are a few inappropriate scenes that you can just skip over and it will make the movie perfectly fine. One scene in particular you can skip is the raping scene.

It happens in maybe two seconds at around the one hour and 45 minute mark. If you skip this scene the movie is fine. There is a lot of profanity which is common in 80s and 90s movies. Also there isn't that much violence lots of people say there is but there really isn't.

One character gets shot in the face but it is played for laughes and that really is it. Helped me decide 1. Adult Written by Bob'spicks69 December 26, Brilliant but mature! Another one of Tarantino's masterpieces but very inappropriate.

Constant violence graphically portrayed blood spurts, splatters. A character is shot in the face. There is over use of the 'f' word and heroin use throughout. A character overdoses on heroin and cocaine. There are strong sex references throughout and a scene of torture and rape. It is a brilliant and fine masterpiece of a movie but for nature audiences only as it truly lives up to the R or 18 rating!

Read my mind 1. Adult Written by Rarityfan October 8, Le Big Mac You seen the parodies, now see this if you haven't. But mostly for people over 18 that can handle torture porn. Helped me decide. Had useful details 1.

Adult Written by Joe J. March 9, Possibly the best screenplay ever written, next to Citizen Kane. One of the greats, and made Quentin Tarantino a superstar. Adult Written by game-movie reviews November 19, This is the best movie I have ever seen.

BUT it is not even close to being for kids. Drug overdoses, faces exploding, a mans penis gets blown off by a shotgun, gay anal rape, f-words and the N word used by people white and black. This movie is fantastic and I highly suggest watching it Read my mind. Amazing for Teens 13 and Up! One or two shootings with blood and around 6 or 7 shootings in total many without blood. In my opinion once you hit 13 kids are mature enough to hear any amounts of language and in this film you really forget about it but yes there are f-bombs.

There are one or two sexual references some played for laughs and are quick and over before you know it. And now drug use, I think drug use is the main problem for kids in this film, a man injects heron in his arm as a result he gets high but this doesn't go so well for him so if anything it's a lesson to not take drugs.

Same goes for the scene where Mia overdoses on cocaine, she almost dies because of this. There is also some drugs talk and characters smoke cigarettes frequently but keep in mind it's a crime movie so that's a given.
