When you have a family you cannot make plans. At the end of the month required OT last day of month from 7 am till midnight. Inadequate training for the complex processes you have to do. Because I asked a lot of questions to understand properly was deemed "not getting it".
Was told I needed to do so many cases a day but because I wasn't trained on all cases there were not that many cases I could take to meet my quota and everyone was vying for the same cases. I was told I was let go because I was not "getting it" and that there were many conversations about my performances. I was told I would eventually get it in a few months and not to worry. I never had one conversation about my performance or any problems with it.
Poor communication there and they expect a lot from you without proper training. If you work here be sure to take notes because that's all you'll have when they throw you out to the wolves with no support from your seniors.
